If you don't find the "jump to" option in the search results try this:
To add, change or delete a current year federal tax refund to next year's taxes before you file your tax return -
- Click on "Federal" in the left hand menu
- Click on "Other Tax Situations" at the top of the page
- Under "Additional Tax Payments" click "Show More"
- "Apply Refund to Next Year", click "Start/revisit"
