@bradyhoggard You are not alone. I experienced everything you did -- the missing forms, the uninstall error, patches not working. See https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/taxes/discussion/manual-r15-2-patch-not-working/00/1065396. I never received a fix and had to file elsewhere.
