This is an old thread, which is less likely to be seen by the bulk of forum users.   If you are unable to solve it with suggestions in this thread,  start a new thread with your issue in the title and see if it catches anyone's attention.   The title line has limited space, but below the title is a box where you can enter details.

 

If you are waiting on an email with a code so you can efile, it should have come fairly soon after requesting it.  Be sure to check all your email accounts and also look in the spam/junk folders in case it ended up in one of those.

 

In the meantime, you can check your Account Settings.  To do that, log in to Online TurboTax, then go to the left menu column.  Scroll all the way down and click "Intuit Account."   You can review all your email and security settings there.
