@Ladymarsh23 Did you spouse pass away last year too? Then you have to print and mail your return. There is no such thing as to email your tax return. Did you try using 0 for the AGI? That sometimes works.
The Online fees are only to prepare the tax return whether you efile or print and mail. Not to guarantee it will be accepted.
