Once your original tax return has been processed you will need to file an amendment to add the missing W2 information. You may get a letter from the IRS noting this missing income and giving you instructions. To prepare an amendment in TurboTax, sign back in to your TurboTax account. You will see an option to amend. Choose that option and follow the prompts to complete the task.
