Get offline review is only available using the Live editions. If you want an EA or CPA to review your tax return you will have to pay for that service. Just like if you took your tax return to a local EA or CPA who would require to be paid for their service.
If you do not want to pay for this service, then no further discussion is necessary. Just File your tax return.
