Maybe his rejected. Are you married? Or just filing a Single return?
Was his return Accepted?
Check your emails. When you efile you get back 2 emails. The first email only confirms the transmission and the second email says if it was Accepted or Rejected. Did you get either of those? Check your spam or junk folder. The Reject email should say why it rejected.
Maybe it Rejected. When you log into his account you should see the status and if it was Accepted or Rejected, Started, Printed, Ready to Mail, etc. what does it say?
If his 2018 wasn't filed or rejected then try 0 for the AGI.
