Nope...reinvested Dividends are reported as income NOW in 2a and as income on your tax return.
......and then they add to cost basis of the purchased Fund. Two steps...the second of which isn't dealt with until you sell fund shares

When you first do the View Tax Summary.....yeah, a bloc summary page shows up...then there is a separate Preview My 1040 that shows up as a separate selection on the left side....but maybe you do have to register.

You could also delete that 1099-DIV entirely, and re-enter it manually in case there are some kind of scrambled bits in the import file that are messing up that 1099-DIV form.
