If your tax return e-files are rejected, you can add the second W-2 and resubmit (after also clearing whatever caused the rejection).
If your tax return e-files are accepted, you will need to wait until your tax returns have been accepted by the IRS and any balances due or refunds are received. Then you will need to amend your return. An amended return cannot be e-filed so you will need to print your return and mail.
