No you cannot just add your 2019 1099Misc to your 2020 return next year. Only 2020 income can go on your 2020 return next year. Your 2019 return must include all of your 2019 income on the same tax return.
Right now you do not seem to know if you e-filed. Check your e-file status to see:

If the return was accepted, then you are stuck with what you were told in the beginning of this thread. If it was rejected, then you can fix it and re-file.
