Changing it Online won't help now....it won't magically appear in you Desktop software if you change the Online settings.
Places to change it....last resort.
1) Switch to Forms Mode...
2) Open the "Personal Wks" and edit/change it there (as many PersonalWks's as you have in your tax file).
3) still wrong?...open the "Info Wks". You can't change the first one in PART I....but in PART II there is also a Home Phone field with a tan/yellow background
You can change any field with a yellow/tan background in Forms Mode....but you normally shouldn't mess around in "Forms Mode" too many mistakes are possible....but phone numbers should be OK.
That's all I can think of..(.Other than starting an entirely new tax file from scratch, with no file transfer from 2018.....that would get rid of everything...any data you'd need form 2018 would need to be manually entered)
