It does depend on what tax forms are in your WI tax return though..
Some WI forms are not scheduled to be ready until 1/30/2020, and others, not until 02/06/2020 .
So you really need to determine which of your forms are causing a hangup...if any. Check the WI Forms & dates here (and dates could change) :
