I keep getting error, "We are sorry, we are having trouble authorizing your credit card. Please verify your billing address, card number and CVV and try again." but I already "Paid"

So before I finished my taxes, I actually skipped to the end to go through the "Payment" process so I could access my return from last year, I even got an email receipt of it and everything. Since then I've actually gone through and finished my taxes, however now when I get to the filing part it keeps giving me that error and it doesn't seem like there's anyway to move past it, especially because there aren't even any spots to enter credit card info. I think paying the 30 bucks to upgrade the account might fix it, but at this point doesn't even make sense considering i've already done the hard part myself. I've attempted to reach out to a turbotax rep to discuss the issue but it's practically impossible to reach a real person person without upgrading my account I guess. Is there a solution to this? Or am I stuck with paying because of a website error. And yes, I've attempted this with both the website and the app, it's the same issue
