Go to Settings/ Windows Security/ Virus & Threat protection/ Ransom Protection/ Manage Ransomware protection/ allow an app through controlled folder access/ yes/ add an allowed app/ recently blocked apps
Select TurboTax.exe
exit out
You should now be able to save your file
