If you have not yet received your 2019 W-2 there is no point in trying to complete the W-2 form using information from your last pay stub. The IRS and States receive copies of the W-2 from employers and that tax data is what is to be entered on the W-2 form in TurboTax.
Your employer will provide your 2019 W-2 on or before January 31, 2020.
