You have to be signed onto your online account and continued the 2016 return by clicking on the large Orange button "Take me to my return". My Account is at the top of the online program screen.
If you are using the mobile app, I think you may have to click on the the three bars probably located in the upper left or right of your screen. (Not a mobile app user)
