The TurboTax online editions for tax year 2019 will not be available until sometime in December -

Many of the IRS forms, schedules and instruction have yet to be finalized by the IRS. A 2019 tax return cannot be filed until after January 1, 2020. The IRS will not be accepting any type of 2019 tax return until late January 2020.
