Get your taxes done using TurboTax

If the email didn't go into your SPAM folder, then check/edit the email address in your tax account profile...you may have either typed it in wrong, or it's an old one you no longer use.  

 

And to reinforce this for future years..Always..ALWAYS log back into your tax account to check the e-file status every few days after e-filing until it indicates acceptance (not just transmitted).  As you can see now, you can't just e-file and assume you are done with it.
