Did you complete the Health Insurance section of the TurboTax program and indicate that you had a Form 1095-A? If not, then you will have to amend your tax return to add the 1095-A and Form 8962 after your tax return has been processed by the IRS and you have received your tax refund or the taxes owed and paid have been processed. Or the IRS will be sending you a letter in the mail requesting the 1095-A and Form 8962, so you would follow the IRS instructions.
