@giraffex When the mailing address on the tax return and the billing address on a credit card are different this can cause problems.
If you are using the TurboTax online editions, go back to My Info on the left side of the program screen. Edit the Mailing Address. Change the address to the billing address on the credit card. After the address has been changed click on File and return to the section for paying the TurboTax account fees in Step 1. If the credit card payment completes successfully then go back to My Info and edit the Mailing Address again to enter the original address.
