The IRS Form 1040 for tax year 2018 is only one page. The Form 1040 for 2018 is two half pages with the printout combining both halves onto one page. The signature block is in the middle of the page. There are 6 new schedules supporting Form 1040, Schedule 1 thru Schedule 6.
IRS Form 1040A and 1040EZ are no longer used.
