TurboTax has two separate types of program for tax returns. The online editions and the desktop CD/Download editions which are totally separate with separate price points.
The TurboTax online editions which are Only a web-based program where you have to create a User ID and password for the online account. Your message indicates you are using the TurboTax Premier online edition which is currently priced at $79.99. A state program used with the Premier online edition is an additional $44.99. The online editions can only be used for one tax return per account and User ID. There are no e-file fees when using the online editions, federal or state.

The TurboTax desktop CD/Download editions are installed on personal computer with either a Windows or Mac Operating System. The desktop editions include one free state program download included in the purchase price (except Basic). The desktop editions include 5 free federal tax return e-files. The desktop editions can complete as many tax returns as needed without a further charge after purchase. There is an e-file fee for a state tax return using the desktop editions which is currently $24.99 for each state return e-filed (New York state is free to e-file). This charge can be avoided by printing and mailing the state tax return.

If you purchased the TurboTax Premier online edition with a credit card and want the desktop edition instead then you will need to contact TurboTax support for assistance.
