When you select to file your tax return as Married Filing Jointly in the My Info section of the program, then in all the sections for reporting income there are selections for you to indicate who earned the income by name or whose name is on the form. Choose the name you are going to report the income and when finished you can add the income for the other spouse by selecting their name.
