Did you originally choose to pay your TurboTax fees out of your Federal refund? And if so, has your Federal refund been delayed at the level of the IRS? After 45 days or so, TurboTax will debit its fees after notifying you first by email and giving you a chance to pay. Is that what happened in your situation? More info in this FAQ:

Did you use Free Edition PLUS (29.99) and a State return (29.99)? If so, that would be 59.98, and by the time sales tax is added it could approximate the figure you gave.
