Why do I have to answer all the Schedule C questions just because I did 2 days of contract work and got a 1099-Misc???

I have been retired for 3 years.  I was asked to come back for  just a few days to help train a 2nd person who just was hired into my old position as the 1st individual quit.  I agreed to work on a contract basis and knew that I'd get a Form 1099-Misc for 2017.  What I didn't expect was for Turbo Tax to require me to do a Schedule C. I feel like I am not being truthful by filling this form out just as if I have some sort of business when in fact, I don't.  Please help!!!
