Yes, you can set up
a payment plan through TurboTax. You will be able to request how often and
how much you would like to pay the tax due. When going through TurboTax and
when you are done with the preparation, you will be asked how you'd like to pay
your tax due, that's where you enter your request - how much and how often you
would like to pay - see picture.
