Get your taxes done using TurboTax

That looks like a typo in Part V Line 20 on the Form 8959 Additional Medicare Tax.  It correctly pulls from the W-2 Line 5, not from Line 1 W-2.
I will go ahead and report this to the TurboTax Moderators of this forum.
