Yes the Deluxe 2017 desktop edition supports both Schedules C and D. Every one of the desktop CD/Download edition include all the same forms and schedules to complete a personal tax return.
Go to this website for the TurboTax desktop CD/Download editions and scroll down the screen under the Deluxe edition and click on View Forms - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download/
Note - When entering tax data that would be on a Schedule C or a Schedule D, the software will Recommend that you upgrade to either the Premier edition or the Home and Business edition. This is a Recommendation only and is not a Requirement.
