The H&B edition is for self-employed/sole proprietors/independent contractors or unincorporated single member LLC's that are a disregarded entity and would be completing a Form 1040 Schedule C for income and expenses. The Schedule C is included with the Personal tax return form 1040.
The TurboTax Business Edition is for Partnerships, C Corp, S Corp, multi-member LLC's, Estates and Trusts and is $149.99. The Business Edition cannot complete a personal tax return, Form 1040. The Business Edition can only be installed on a Windows based computer, not on a Mac or online.
