Get your taxes done using TurboTax
If it is the Form 5329 that is showing as not being finalized when you click on Review, then you will need to contact TurboTax support for assistance since it seems to be available.

Submit your question/problem during business hours and then use the option for Call (a phone number will be provided for Call) to speak directly with a TurboTax agent -
