Get your taxes done using TurboTax
@leannlovesjohn14 It is too late to import a 2017 W-2. You need to get a copy from your employer and enter it by hand. If you lost the copy provided to you in January you can try getting a free Wage and Income transcript from the IRS to show the federal income information that the employer gave to the IRS. However, it will not show the state information to help you with preparing your state income tax return. https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript
The other option is to pay the Social Security Administration $86 to get a copy of your W-2. <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="https://www.irs.gov/help-resources/tools-faqs/faqs-for-individuals/frequently-asked-tax-questions-an...>
Further--in case you are not aware--it is too late to prepare your 2017 return using online TT. Online preparation and e-filing for 2017 is permanently closed. You need to purchase and download desktop software to prepare a 2017 return.https://turbotax.intuit.com/persona...>
