You do not need your Form 1095-B to file your tax return. The TurboTax interview will just ask you questions about your health coverage but your form 1095-B isn’t needed. Just keep the form for your personal records.
To jump straight to that health insurance section of the interview, follow steps below:
- Log into your tax return and click orange Take me to my return button
- Type 1095b in the search box in top right corner and hit enter
- Click jump to 1095b and answer the questions there and that will be all that is needed for that portion of the interview
