Processing times vary from state to state. Some states may have a notice on their refund tracking page to let you know how long processing is and some may not put one up.
If you are not finding your return in their system when trying to track it; that would be them not having started reviewing/processing the return yet. Until they start the review/process stage, there will be no record when trying to track with them.
