Sign in to TurboTax Online if you're not already signed in.
- Select Help (the "question mark" bubble) in the upper-right corner, and then Contact us.
- Enter your question, select Continue, and then follow the onscreen instructions to call us, get a callback, or schedule a call (options vary depending on your question).
- Free Edition (without PLUS): When you select Talk to a specialist, you'll be asked to add PLUS benefits
TurboTax mobile app

The TurboTax mobile app uses SmartLookTM technology to connect you with a support specialist. You can also opt for a callback:
- Sign in to the mobile app if you're not already signed in.
- Tap the "question mark" bubble in the upper-right corner to open the TurboTax Virtual Assistant.
- Tap Get live help, then enter your question.
- Free Edition (without PLUS): When you select Get live help, you'll be asked to add PLUS benefits first.
- Tap Connect me (to connect via SmartLookTM) or No thanks for a callback.
- If you selected No thanks, be sure to also tap OK, sounds good to set up a callback.
