If you are active military, you would indicate the child lived in the US for the entire year, regardless of the location of your PCS move. Also, when entering your personal information, where asked for your resident state you would enter your State of Legal Residence or Home of Record, no matter where you are stationed. And you should indicate that you did Not live in any other states as long as you are active military.
