If after repeated rejections you now have been prompted by the IRS to mail in your tax return. You will unfortunately have to file a paper file with the IRS. Here are instructions to file a paper return by printing out copies of your federal and state returns and mailing them. We’ll include File by Mail Instructions on where to send your returns and what forms, if any, you need to include.
It will take longer to get a refund when you send a paper file to the IRS here is more information on that. It takes about 4-6 weeks.
