Chances are, that $29.99 fee is for State preparation. The Absolute Zero offer ended 03/16/17, so states are no longer free to file with TurboTax.
The other option it could be is PLUS. If it is PLUS, you can delete it in the page listing all your fees. If it is PLUS, however, you will also have state fees to pay.
