Get your taxes done using TurboTax
@bradschoppman Okay, check your filed return PDF to see if 1310 was included. It looks like you may be using the CD/download software that you installed on your computer. If you are, you can check this by opening that return in the software, then click File tab and Save for Your Records. From that screen click Print Returns and check that copy of the return to see if 1310 was included; this is what the IRS received. So if not there, you have to mail it.
Also, if you have not already provided the IRS with the court certificate that shows you are the personal representative and you have e-filed; then, yes, you will need to mail Form 1310 with that court certificate to the same address where you'd mail the tax return; if you had mailed it. And in this case, you'd go here <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="https://www.irs.gov/filing/where-to-file-paper-tax-returns-with-or-without-a-payment">https://www.ir...> and select the state and then choose the address next to the type of 1040 you filed and send 1310 there. Be sure to sign and date it.
