You can also ask a question here in this online Community where other users, superusers, and TurboTax Experts can see and answer your question. You should not include any personally identifying information here as this is a public forum.
After April 15, 2026, TurboTax experts online are available Monday through Friday, from 5 AM to 5 PM PT. Near the September and October extension deadlines, TurboTax will resume extended hours, including evenings and weekends.
