To cancel a TurboTax order, you must request a refund within 60 days of purchase for desktop products via the Intuit Refund Request form.
For online products, you cannot cancel once paid; instead, use "Clear & Start Over" before filing. For subscriptions, use the "Manage Subscription" option in your account.
