I presume you are referring to the 6-digit email verification code some people need when efiling.  Check your email's junk/spam folders in case the emails with the code are ending up there.   Otherwise, if that doesn't explain it, here's a way you may be able to work around it:

 

You can go to your Intuit Account settings and may be able to verify your email there.  Or if you wish, you can change the email adddress used for notification purposes. 

  • Go to Online TurboTax, and in the left menu column scroll way down to Intuit Account.
  • Then once in the account settings choose tab Sign In & Security.
  • See if your notifications email address has a tiny link beside it that says "not verified".  If so, click that to verify.
  • Perhaps once you verify it there in the account settings, it won't ask you to verify it again when you are efiling.
  • In that same area you can change the email address if you want.  But if you do, also try to verify it there while you are in the settings.
