Hi, you can change your personal info/phone number in TurboTax by following the steps provided below:
To change your account security settings:
- Log in to your TurboTax online account
- Press the “Take me to my return” button
- Select “My Account” located near the top of your screen
- Pick “Account Settings” from the dropdown menu
- Click on “Security” at the left of the window
- Click on “Add Phone” or “Edit” if your phone number is already listed
- You can now enter your phone number and select to have your account verified by text message or voice
If you can't receive a phone or text message,
we send out the confirmation code shortly after you request it. Some
e-mail programs check for mail at irregular intervals. Look for a send
and receive now button to update your inbox. Also, check to make sure
the e-mail we sent wasn't in a spam folder.
