If your payment is not going through I have listed some steps below that may correct this issue.
You can try:
- Logging out and back in to force a refresh.
- Clearing your browser's cache and cookies. Click here for How to clear your cache. Click here for How do I delete cookies?
- Try using a different Web browser
- Make sure your internet connection is strong and stable
- If you are using a VPN try disconnecting it
- Try using Incognito Mode
