To downgrade your current TurboTax product, you can Clear & Start Over.
In TurboTax Online, go to Tax Tools>Tools>Clear & Start Over.
In the mobile app, from the home screen select More from the bottom menu, then Clear & Start Over>I want to clear my tax data.
