Divorced is not a filing status. The software asks if you are divorced in order to navigate you to certain later questions, but the options for filing status are Single, Married filing jointly, Married filing separately, Head of Household and Qualified Surviving Spouse. In MY INFO, before you continued, it told you what filing status you were using, so it seems you did not notice what it said.
Wait until the return has been fully processed and then amend it to change your filing status to Single.
