Do you have anything on 1040 line 13b? The Senior Deduction is not added to the Standard Deduction on line 12e but is listed separately on 13b.
If you aren’t getting the new Enhanced Senior Deduction on Schedule 1-A which goes to 1040 line 13b these should be the only reasons…

If you are married you have to file a Joint return not Separate
Is your AGI over 175,000 Single or 250,000 Joint?
