If you see a "something went wrong" message, it may be a computer or internet issue rather than something to do with the questions you were working on. Try exiting and signing back in to TurboTax, and/or restarting your device, and then go back to the section you were working on.
Unemployment is normally reported on a Form 1099-G and entered in that section of TurboTax. See this help article for more information.
