By "account" do you mean you have a billing issue? Or is it some other account issue? In any case, if you're using a paid edition, you have free access to TurboTax phone support. Free Edition users don't have phone support but have access to social media contact as mentioned below.

If a robot asks your issue, you can say something like "speak to representative for a billing issue" or whatever your account issue is.
