Specifically, if they have implemented a feature (importing data from a financial institution is what I'm trying to do) and they tell me it worked, but it does not, does that mean:
1. They really think it worked, so since it did not work, there is a bug and I will need to work around it, or ...
2. They know it did not work, they just say stuff like that even when not true. Truth is that I need to wait for them to fix it, so truth will catch up with what they are saying right now.
Seriously. I'd like to know whether I should wait or not.
