Get your taxes done using TurboTax
You will receive a Form 1095-A by mid-February if you purchased health insurance through Healthcare.gov or your state's health insurance marketplace.
You will have to enter the information from this form into the TurboTax program. You can enter more than one 1095-A in TurboTax if you have members of your household that have received individual forms, or if you received more than one.
You can enter your Form 1095-A in the TurboTax program using the steps below.
- Type "Form 1095-A" in the search bar at the upper right of your TurboTax screen
- Click on the link that says "Jump to Form 1095-A"
- On the screen that says, "Do you need to report any Form 1095-A's" check "Yes"
- And select "Continue"
- Starting on the next screen "Let's Review your Form 1095-A" enter your information from your form
- Continue through the screens and answer all follow-up questions
